1. General Terms

These Terms apply to all transactions, communications, and interactions with Remal (Star Alucast Pvt. Ltd)

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products and Services

We specialize in manufacturing and supplying high-quality aluminium alloys, casting solutions, and metal powders.

All product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change based on production capabilities and market fluctuations.

Any custom manufacturing requirements must be pre-approved in writing and may involve additional charges and lead times.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Orders must be confirmed in writing (email or signed document) and will only be processed after receipt of purchase order and advance payment (if applicable).

Once accepted, orders cannot be canceled without written approval and may be subject to cancellation fees.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless explicitly stated.

Payment terms are as agreed upon in the invoice or sales agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges as per applicable law.

All payments must be made via bank transfer or as mutually agreed upon in writing.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are subject to raw material availability, production schedules, and logistic conditions.

We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or transportation issues.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch from our facility unless agreed otherwise.

6. Warranty and Claims

We ensure the highest standards of quality and performance. However, products are warranted only against manufacturing defects.

Any defect must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt along with supporting documentation.

Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. Consequential damages or loss of profit claims will not be entertained.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, technical documents, logos, and brand materials are the exclusive property of Remal (Star Alucast Pvt. Ltd)

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on shared business, technical, and commercial information, unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Remal (Star Alucast Pvt. Ltd) be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
